We stand behind every jewelry item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its unworn, original condition within 30 days, for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked.
Penstar Jewelry has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All return items must be shipped to Penstar Jewelry with a tracking number for your own peace of mind to know that it has been returned to us safely.

Other Reasons for Returns

  • Damaged on arrival - Please inspect your order when received and contact us asap if the item is defective or damaged in any way so that we can evaluate the issue and fix the problem.
  • Received Wrong Items - We take great care when processing orders but for some reason if you receive a wrong order, it will be exchanged.
  • Product Warranty - If your return is related to our product warranty policy please read the policy details here.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

Shipping costs & Returns

  • Penstar Jewelry will reimburse your agreed to shipping costs for jewelry items returned under product warranty, damaged on arrival and received wrong items as explained above. Shipping for general returns related to our 100% money back guarantee if dissatisfied with any items, is paid for by our customers.

Exchanges, Refunds, or Repair?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
