Penstar Jewelry offers a simplified shipping solution to all of our customers, using the services of Australia Post. Australia Post is the equivalent of Royal Mail in the UK, USPS in the United States, and EMS in Asia. All of our shipping options include tracking and SMS/email notifications for updates. Please note that delivery times are estimates as indicated by Australia Post.

Our Current Shipping Rates in Australian Dollars and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Australia - Express shipping within Australia is AUD$10.95 and takes 2 to 3 business days.

New Zealand - Standard shipping to NZ is AUD$15.90 and takes 4-7 business days.

- Express shipping to NZ is AUD$30.90 and takes 2-5 business days.

USA/Canada - Standard shipping to the USA/Canada is AUD$21.75 and takes 5-9 business days.

- Express shipping to the USA/Canada is AUD$36.75 and takes 3-6 business days.

UK - Standard shipping to the UK is AUD$21.75 and takes 5-9 business days.

- Express shipping to the USA is AUD$41.80 and takes 3-5 business days.

Europe - Standard shipping to Europe is AUD$26.80 and takes 5-9 business days.

- Express shipping to Europe is AUD$41.80 and takes 3-5 business days.

Asia - Standard shipping to Asia is AUD$19.45 and takes 5-8 business days.

- Express shipping to Asia is AUD$34.45 and takes 3-5 business days.

Rest of the World - Standard shipping to the ROW is AUD$26.80 and takes 8-12 business days.  

- Express shipping to the ROW is AUD$41.80 and takes 6 -9 business days.                                               

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout depending on your country/region. Free shipping will be automatically applied as follows:

Free Shipping - Please note that we offer worldwide free standard shipping for all orders over AUD$150 to Australian and New Zealand customers, and for all orders over AUD$175 to customers from the USA/Canada, UK, Europe and all other countries. 

Your order can be tracked through Australia Post Tracking.
