Product Warranty

Penstar Jewelry offers you, our valued customers, a very fair product warranty for your peace of mind. All pieces of jewelry sold to you by Penstar Creations are covered by our product warranty.

The product warranty includes:

  • Jewelry items that arrive damaged in the post. This is not likely due to how well we package the items but if for some reason it does happen you are covered.
  • Jewelry items that are not functioning properly when received. This is also not likely due to our strict quality control but occasionally faults may occur. Please familiarize yourself with our demo videos for your product to ensure the correct use.

The product warranty does not include:

  • Damaged or lost beads including other types of ornamental objects such as cabochons and faceted stones during their normal use.
  • Loose beads and other ornamental objects.
  • Worn gold plating (where applied).
  • Normal wear and tear such as scratching and tarnishing. (Click here for jewelry care and maintenance)
  • Damage of moving parts through misuse or neglect. All Penstar jewelry items have moving parts such as but not limited to compression springs and bead setting portions.

How long is the warranty?

We provide a limited 365 day manufacturing warranty on all jewelry purchases with proof of purchase. This does not cover ‘accidental damage’ ‘deliberate damage’, excessive or normal wear and tear. If a Penstar jewelry item does not live up to your expectations, and you believe it is in fact faulty, our staff will happily assess the item and work with you on an appropriate solution. See above inclusions and non-inclusions.

The buyer will cover the reasonable cost of return to Penstar Jewelry for any pieces that arrive damaged in the post, but any shipping costs will be refunded ...

If you need to claim a warranty on a Penstar jewelry item, please see our Returns & Exchange policy to get the process started asap.

Please contact us within 3 days at info@penstar.com form all product warranty inquiries.
